deluge hangs on startup

I was wondering if some one could help me with this.Deluge hangs on startup the window comes up but it's blank.What we have so far is in this post here http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showthrea ... ost1333820 I'm running fedora 12.

I suggest using 1.2.1
