Deluge isn't starting!?

Hey!
Let me explain my problem:
I downloaded Deluge 1.20 and installed it. (with GTK)
But when I want to launch it a black cmd windows pops and it disapears very fast.
Or when I open a torrent, the cmd window and ...silence.
What should I do?

P.S I have Windows 7 x86 Ultimate

Try reinstalling GTK and rebooting.
