Not localizable strings

Many strings in Deluge not localizable.
Any of that string constants are highlighted in red on the uploaded screenshot.

I believe translations are ongoing or not completed yet for many languages.

I cann't localize this strings myself because there is not in /usr/share/pyshared/deluge/i18n/deluge.pot.
All items are translated in https://translations.launchpad.net/delu ... +translate. I downloaded deluge.mo, but highlighted strings remained not translated.
