Deluge
Hi everyone, im new to Deluge and need some tips to get this thing up and running perfectly. I would like to know the optimal settings so i can dl as fast and efficient as possible. I am using XP on my laptop if that makes any differnce.

It's probably best to use full allocation, preferably choose a port above the range of 6881-6889. It's usually a good idea to enable DHT and encryption.
Automatically stop seeding when it reaches a certain ratio... up to you what ratio, but it is best to upload at least what you downloaded.
Upload speed set about 80% of maximum upload rate, download speed can probably be set to maximum. Most of the bandwidth settings rely on the connection speed... so without knowing that it's hard to say.
Then, as for plugins, it's really personal preference as to what you need or what you want enabled. I'm using blocklist plugin, event logging, torrent creator, torrent files, torrent peers, and web seed. A pretty good general purpose combination.
