There is software that allows you to access ext2/3 in windows; google is your friend.

http://www.fs-driver.org/ This will allow you to assign drive letters to ext2 and ext3 linux partitions, and read/write them like normal partitions on a windows system.

Hi - My way round this is to have all/most of my data in my windoze partition(s) so I can access from either. I used to have my drive split between the 2 oses but then I would be booted into windoze and running out of space when there was space available in my linux partition. Now I have no space anywhere...
