Anyway to create a torrent besides the gui?

well since i have the same issue everyone else is having with windows7 of the gui not showing even if the program is working

is there anyway of creating a torrent besides using the gui ?? i need the parameter of private in the creation.

I know you're busy but please reply as soon as you possibly can! i really need this.
