There is also Azureus which runs on Linux, but it could be too feature-rich for some (ie, be considered bloatware).

Just wanted to let you guys know... F*CK that guy. Deluge is by far the best graphical torrent client available for Linux. I've been using it for years and have always found any bugs to be fixed right after I noticed them. Thanks for all the hard work.

I agree that Deluge is awesome. It i has been my favorite client for years. My favorite feature is the remote management with the desktop application and the fact that it can run cross platform
