Deluge freezes at startup needing to force quit

I use Archlinux i686 and I have installed the latest deluge version 1.1.9.

When I start deluge it freezes after a very short time and I need to force quit so without being able to use it.

I'm also using Arch Linux and I get that same output sometimes too. For me It's related to bug: http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/ticket/1025

So you could try adding that "import zlib" to /usr/bin/deluged.

So with this command can I fix the problem:

sudo sed -i '3s/.*/import zlib\n&/' /usr/bin/deluged

or the "import zlib" must be put ONLY at the beginning of /usr/bin/deluged?

Then seeing the file /usr/bin/deluged, have I to remove this string?

Only thing that is changed is that the import zlib line is added after import sys.
