Now I know for sure I had ver 1.1.2 working on my lenny box but it seems after some lenny updates I've been kicked back to 0.5.9.3 as this is the "stable" ver listed in my synaptic package manager. I don't use Deluge every day and so really didn't notice right away that 1.1.2 no longer worked until I tried downloading some stuff.I tried installing the deb package(no good)after checking synaptic there was (1.1.2 Deluge) but no deluge-common 1.1.2, just a 0.5.9.3 deluge-common and of course ended up with a non-working install.
My question is, am I stuck with this ver 0.5.9.3 just because lenny has become stable ?

Re: Deluge/Debian lenny
According to Debian policy, you will not see Deluge 1.x in lenny. If you are not afraid of using the testing version maybe you should upgrade to Squeeze.
The current version in Squeeze/testing is 1.1.8
The current version in Sid/unstable is 1.1.9

The current version in Sid/unstable is 1.1.9

Thanks for the reply 0.5.9.3 works but has problem downloading blocklist, something to work on.
Building new Debian box so I can have 1 stable and 1 testing or maybe even unstable.
