Blocklist Plugin Preferences Disabled

I installed Deluge on Windows Vista and enabled the Blocklist plugin. I was trying to get it to pick up a file on my hard drive but failed. I closed Deluge and reopened it. First time it just closed down straight away. The second it opened with the Blocklist plugin disabled.

I have now seen a post on here on how to get it to open a local file but when I re-enable the plugin it comes up with an error box and the preferences button is disabled so I cannot edit the link.

Any suggestions?

You have to delete the blocklist.conf file and enable the plugin and configure it to point to your file location. Make sure you choose the right blocklist file type too...
The file is usually located in C:\Documents and Settings\[User Name]\Deluge\
