HI
I installed Deluge 0.5.6 on GNU/Debian Lenny Testing.
I have a problem with Blocklist Importer Plug-In.
Since I did not aMule installed, I created, with an text editor (gedit), the file ipfilter.dat following the method described by eMule Security Center. Then, I compressed that file with gzip (gzip ipfilter.dat) creating the file ipfilter.dat.gz.
However, when I try to import the file ipfilter.dat.gz in Blocklist Importer Plug-In, that Plug-In fails to do this operation displaying always the word Importing in the window "Loading Blocklist". Why?
THANKS

Re: Problem with the Blocklist Importer Plug-In of Deluge 0.5.6
you probably messed up the format. use a standard list, such as the "emule nip filter.dat" from bluetack. http://www.bluetack.co.uk/forums/index. ... ls&f_id=24

regrettably this list is not longer available. so i do have a similar problem. deluge crashes when importing ipfilter.dat from i.e. emule-mods. i have also tried that one from peerguardian, still the same problem.markybob wrote:you probably messed up the format. use a standard list, such as the "emule nip filter.dat" from bluetack. http://www.bluetack.co.uk/forums/index. ... ls&f_id=24
deluge can only be started correctly again if i'll delete config-files.
any idea about to resolve this (my?) error?
edit: have found a working filter.dat (level1.txt by peer guardian downloaded at http://lists2.phoenixlabs.org.nyud.net/level1.7z)
thx, wios
