Hi,
The "Global" Seeding Ratio is set to 1.10
"Desired Ratio" plugin is enabled, and the individual Torrent is set to 3.0 via its right-click dropdown.
PROBLEM: It goes into "Paused" at 1.10.
Only way to continue seeding is to set the Global Ratio to a higher number.
I presume this the way DR is meant to be used, otherwise I can't understand the point of having it.
Apart from this problem, Deluge runs very nicely under "Hardy".

The desired ratio plugin is for while the torrent is still downloading, it tries to maintain the level that it's set to. Basically I see no use to me for that feature.
