Extractor Save Path

I am unable to get the Web-Gui to save the path I need for the extractor plugin. With every restart I would have to re-enable it, so I added it to the list of enabled plugins in the conf file, but I am not sure where I need to set it to make it extract all files in the same folder they were moved to on completion. I am running everything as a daemon.
