Labelplus regex

Hey All,
I'm using Labelplus on 2.x and wondering if any of you have really good regex's that you'd care to share.
I use it to set the labels but I'm having a challenge with CouchPotato not setting a label and grabbing "movie Name.avi' or "movie name 1828" type torrents and they never get labelled.
