Blocking peers of specific torrents

Sometimes people post torrents to trackers for content that I and others find appalling and even threatening. I would like to prevent my client from ever connecting to the users who seed that content. One way that I can think to do this is to look at the IP addresses of the peers of these bad torrents and then add them to my own little block list for use with the blocklist plugin. However, I imagine that this process would be time consuming and inefficient, since IPs can change. What I'm looking for is is a plugin than will monitor the peers on bad torrents and then regularly update a blocklist. Is something like this available? Is it even possible?
