[REQUEST] Sort All Depending on State

Heya!
I really don't know the first thing about creating a plugin for Deluge, or else I'd take a crack at this myself.
Anyway, I'm looking for a plugin that would let me change how torrents are sorted depending on their download state. For example, I would like to have all Downloading and Queued torrents to be sorted by their place in the queue, while all of my Paused or Seeding torrents would be sorted by "Date Added".
I most often like to look at the full list of all torrents, as opposed to filtering them by download state, but I find myself flipping between different sorting options a lot depending on what I'm looking for. It would be great to have this additional power over the GUI!
