Blocklist Update Not Working???

I’ve been using Blocklist (custom list) with Deluge for quite a while now. However, the last date it says it was updated is Feb 4/18. I will manually check for updates and it will go threw a bunch of numbers but it doesn't actually update anything and the last update time remains the same: Feb 4/18
I've removed/installed the app a couple times, tried different lists but no go.
I've used Transmission and the apps to test whats going on and they all update to the most recent date/list.
Any help would be greatly appreciated pls!

Deluge 1.3.15
Win 10 Pro
Socks5 Proxy (already tried disabling)
