[Plugin] PIAPortForward 1.0 by SillyGoat

Hey guys,
i found a Plugin for Privateinternetaccess users to forward the openvpn port to deluge.
I am not the author of the plugin but i wanted to share it with you, since it saved me tons of time (thx SillyGoat!).
