Deluge Forum

I found one for an older version of deluge but not for the current version. Has anyone made this? I just stared using this program and it's great but for some reason is lacking this very basic feature that been built into any torrent program I've used in the past.

Thats the one I found when searching as well but I read that the plugins will only work for the specific build of Deluge they were made for. That plugin is for 2.7 I believe, and I am running the current build, 3.12. I tried to install it and it wouldn't work.

You misunderstand that. The 2.6 vs 2.7 is for the python version. The default Windows install uses python 2.6, but you should probably just install the 2.7 version.

The current latest version is 1.3.12-1 py27

When I switched I had to uninstall the old 2.6 version and delete the \deluge folder in C:\Program Files X86\.

Don't worry, your settings are saved in your user profile so they will still be there when you install the 27 version.

I confirm that you should install deluge version 1.3.12, the python 2.7 version.
I've created my plugin based on the 1.3.12, python 2.7 and it's running on my machine for more than 10 months now
