[OSX App] Magnet URI Handler for OSX.

Hello everybody, after a while using Deluge and getting a little bit frustrated at what was the workflow for adding a magnet (Copy link -> Add -> URL -> Paste) on OSX, I began doing some research on google and eventually realized doing this was possible...
Without further ado, I give you a simple plug-in made in Applescript that will allow OSX users to add magnets to Deluge in a somewhat more comfortable way.
