Blocklist number of IPs

Hi all

I'm using this blocklist with the plugin:

http://www.bluetack.co.uk/config/nipfilter.dat.gz

But it appears only to block ~238,000 IPs. PeerGuardian on Windows blocks upwards of 700,000,000. Is this something to be worried about?

I think it lists the number of the first 3 octaves only, therefore only in a range of something like 16,000,000 and it blocks 238,000 seems about right.
