move torrents - same partition

Trying to move a completed torrent from ~/torrents/finished/ to ~/torrents/folder/
the partition is mounted on ~/torrents
the torrent i want to move is a single file.
the plugin fails with the typical partition/same_directory error, which makes absolutely no sense since it is the same partition and different folders.
i try to move another torrent which is multiple-file, it succeeds.
Has anybody experienced this issue before?

solved: you have to click around a bit while choosing the target folder, otherwise it doesn't register. but this needs to be fixed. if you are not careful, most of the time, what you choose is not what you get.
