Deluge
I'm having trouble doing quite a simple thing which is to block deluge from connecting to a certain single IP. I've tried creating a blocklist text file containing just the IP:
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Then I saved that as both ipfilter.txt and ipfilter.dat. With the .dat I compressed with gzip to give me ipfilter.dat.gz. I then activated the blocklist plugin and put under URL: file:///c:/ipfilter.txt or file:///c:/ipfilter.dat.gz
This doesn't block the IP for either file and when I click "check download and import" I get an info bar that says "importing 0" with an oscillating green progress meter thing. Next to the lock icon at the bottom of the deluge UI it also says importing 0. Can anyone help me here?
