Using Categorize plugin on a remote seedbox

I'm trying to set up the Categorize plugin to use on a Linux seedbox. I have access to a WebUI, SSH access (no root), and I can also connect from my local Deluge client. I installed Categorize from my local Deluge client, and I found the .egg file ended up on the seedbox's /home/user/.config/deluge/plugins/ folder. How do I configure it to actually work though? In the WebUI, there is no menu for Categorize, and on the local Deluge client, it only recognizes my local directories.
