Wouldnt it be nice if we can open a website from webui (or search torrent sites)
For example, i was away (say in the office) then, i want to download new Ubuntu build for example. I can open Ubuntu download page from WebUI (using my home pc's bandwidth to go to Ubuntu page), display the page.
I know this can easily be iframe thing, but wouldnt it be nice if we can click download url and webui will start downloading the torrent. I dont know if there is easy way (by using iframe still) but what abt the download link? does it need to be changed by webui? or should webui provide a "right-click" mechanism to say "download this link" or something.
WebUI opens webpage, click to download - feature request
Re: WebUI opens webpage, click to download - feature request
Nice idea, not sure if it would be an option many people would want though...
This feature I envision maybe a text box inside webui where you type in an address to a torrent file after you've already located a file you want and then you click a download button.

actually, come to think of it, it's simple enough. I think i will try to leverage on WebUI plugin code and try to modify it myself.
i will release the plugin, IF i think it's worthy of a plugin.. haha..
