Plug Idea: automatically start deluge when computer is idle

I want deluge to run like a screen saver in that it would automatically start whenever my computer is idle for a set amount of time. Can anyone tell me if a plugin already exists or if this is even possible? Thanks.

I've been thinking of something like that but more on the lines of when you're internet is idle. That would probably be pretty hard but doing it by computer load, it might be pretty simple...Possibly using the system screensaver to detect when the system is idle. I''m not really sure :S

I vote for this plugin.
I think that if this plugin is created it would be a killer one.
Maybe the only torrent client that currently holds this feature?
Start it when the CPU usage is idle would be nice, but kicking deluge on when the internet usage is idle would be SWEEEEEET.
