I use Docky as a replacement for my Ubuntu task bar and noticed the deluge helper preinstalled is not comptible with 1.2.x. I spent a few hours last night adding twisted framework to it and have attached a working version.
Note this is a quick hack version with the aim to simply get it working.
Install: Docky->Settings->Helper->Install and navigate to Deluge1.2_DockyHelper.tar.

Re: Deluge 1.2.x Docky Helper
Hello Cas,
Thank you very much for the helper. After a recent update to Docky, however, it has stopped working. So I modified it to work with the latest Docky version, as well as added some protection against deluge daemon restarts and also added Pause All and Resume All buttons to right-click menu:

I have also made it not to show bandwidths less than 5k, so it doesn't bother you with something like "504B" when Deluge has all torrents downloaded/paused and these 504 bytes are just protocol overhead.
Registered here just to upload the updated helper in case someone will need it.
P.S. Also (applies for the old version too), if bandwidths are still not shown, you might be running Deluge in Classic mode instead of daemon. Install deluge daemon with sudo apt-get install deluged and run deluged - deluge client will recognize it and switch to daemon/client mode. And the helper will be working.

Would really love to see support for this in Deluge 2.0
