How to add a title to the webui

I don't think I've seen this answered but I did search and didn't find anything. However, I'm sure someone wanted to do this before.
I run 3 instances of deluge on different VM hosts and have a need to keep things completely separate. This includes the web front-end access. So they are connected to on each VM individually instead of just adding connections on one host.
Because of this setup, when I'm on the web frontend I'd love if I could add a title to the header somewhere. IE. "Deluge - HOST1" or something similar.
Is this possible?
