Initial seed suggestion

With DHT so widely used in BT client, maybe the initial seed should be simplify.
Right now, if i want to share my own files, i must creat torrent, find tracker, choose files, so many steps. But if the BT client can monitor a folder and share it, i just need the file's SHA1 value. the others can download the file via DHT get the information.
Would it be difficult to get a implement? it just had been several file-sharing tools.
