Where is JSON API docs?

The JSON API documentation appears to be missing.
When I click the link on the devlopment documentation page I get a 404 error:

No that doesn't appear to be accurate either. It states URL is /json/rpc which doesn't exist and most of the commands are missing.
I've found the web ui code in the git source so should be able to go from there.
I'm actually updating my Firefox plugin to work with current Deluge versions but even using Postman to connect direct to the json service I only ever get 500 responses no matter what data I send it.
It appears to me that the json api is not functioning at all and is failing simply because Deluge is broken.
Can anyone confirm?

Yeah those docs were lost with the old web server but waybackmachine has them:

The source code is the best alternative solution
