[Feature request] configure deluge plugins through command line

This thread is an extension of How to configure a plugin using Deluge-console?
We need a command that could change plugin's configuration while it is enabled.
Similarly to deluge-console.exe config dedicated to configurations of deluge core.
Requested command: deluge-console.exe plugin config
I would like to see it in the near future.
Personally, I would use it to quickly install and configure plugins on different machines.
