Remove With Data: Check if other torrents are using the data

I have several torrents from different trackers that share the same data. This usually happens when uploading a torrent to one tracker that was downloaded from another tracker.

I think it would be a nice safeguard for Deluge to prevent, or at least warn you when "deleting with data" if that data is being used by another torrent.
