Did not make any difference, still not working, same error.
Btw, is Forum account any way linked to Trac account?

To be getting redirected to captcha is odd, what username are you using, is it possible you already registered with email before?

I am trying to register a new account ID "jaykumar_2001" on Trac , I am using the same account on the forum, but I guess Forum and Trac accounts are independent of each other.

Ok I dredged the logs and it mentions mismatching password when registering, can you clear your cookies for Trac and try again.

Purged all cookies for dev.deluge-torrent.org, tried registering again, same issue.

Hmm seems to be a bit of bug and trac is holding your session, not sure how to fix that currently.

Hey, I wanted to report a bug, so I tried to sign up with 'Trac', then I got a Captcha request to prove I am human, so I typed in the house number from the picture...
... then another, then another, then another ... so I did about 20 house numbers and after that I got distorted text, and I did about 50 of those but, since I am actually human, I stopped eventually because I have better things to do than type text into a bloody captcha widget all day (whereas a bot would doubtless still be there).
So, is the captcha widget broken, or are only people with great reserves of patience and lots of free time allowed to register with 'Trac'?
BTW, this is the torrent which cannot be added to deluge:
