There should be no reason to still see a blank page without the 'dev=true'

Can you provide a dir listing of the deluge/ui/web/js/ directory

From looking at the 1.3.7 build it looks like the ext-*.js files are missing from deluge/ui/web/js they are in the the deluge/ui/web/js/extjs but in the 1.3.7 install there are no subfolders in deluge/ui/web/js only 4 files deluge-all.js ext-all.js ext-base.js and ext-extensions.js. This is true even from source as of today. And copying them over manually doesnt seem to make a difference.

1.4 and 1.3.7 have different file structures for webui. It's not that important just now but I'll remember to look into it when packaging next.

Yea im not sure whats happening but i follow the instructions in the how to build and install all the packages and still get that blank page (without the dev option).
