append !deluge to incomplete files

Hello, can you please add an option - append .!deluge to incomplete files.

This could be handled by a plugin I believe, somebody just needs to step up and make one.

I third this; having an associated filetype for incomplete torrents would be immensely useful.
Though I agree it'd have to be a plugin; being part of the main program would make it a tad more complicated to open incomplete files while downloading. (Requiring right-click>open with...)
(We all do it... prioritizing the first and last pieces of a video, and sneaking peeks before it finishes.)

The 3rd party Deletepartials plugin has been around since 2010. Currently it only removes the 'Do Not Download' files when the torrent is removed. I've modified it to delete the files when the torrent finishes downloading and to recheck the torrent (to reflect the deleted file status) but it looks like there's an issue with Force Recheck, I'll open a bug for that soon. Meanwhile feel free to download the original plugin from the link above.
