Feature Request: Improved file checking on different drives

Hello. I have a feature request.

It would be nice if Deluge checked files in parallel if they're located on different drives. Right now, Deluge 1.3.6 checks each file one by one. This is understandable, since it can really hurt performance if it checks several files all at once. But not if they're on different drives (different devices, not partitions).

Very recently I had to wait for Deluge to check a large torrent pack (filled with many small files) that was located on an older and sluggish drive, and I thought to myself why doesn't Deluge check the rest of the files that are located on the faster drive while doing this. Because it would've finished much quicker. Please consider adding this feature. Thank you.

This is something that libtorrent would have to implement, there is a libtorrent_aio branch but I have no idea if it covers this case.
