As I see in topic http://forum.deluge-torrent.org/viewtop ... =8&t=29075 we have no plans to do the QT interface for deluge, so in KDE we can use only GTK client. It is not so big problem, but KDE have open/save file dialogs that integrated into system (style, bookmarks, favourites, etc). But Deluge running on KDE show Gnome open/save file dialogs, that is not comfortable for KDE users.
Firefox, Openoffice and many other applications written for Gnome, in KDE (Kubuntu) can show KDE file dialogs instead of Gnome.
How can I change in Deluge select file dialogs to KDE version?
Show KDE file open/save dialogs in Deluge-GTK
Re: Show KDE file open/save dialogs in Deluge-GTK
I am not sure how this is possible with PyGTK however I saw the following on Arch wiki: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Un ... _GTK2_apps
Re: Show KDE file open/save dialogs in Deluge-GTK
This is possible via KGTK project http://kde-apps.org/content/show.php?content=36077 so maybe this can be done via Deluge native code without external libraries?
Re: Show KDE file open/save dialogs in Deluge-GTK
That is what I just linked to. Have you tested the kgtk-wrapper with Deluge?
Also as I said because we are using PyGTK, I do not think this can be integrated. If you can find otherwise let us know.
