errors in paused torrents

Sometimes when deluged starts some of the paused torrents end up in an error state e.g. with a 'tacker timed out' status. Looks like when deluge starts it tries to connect to trackers for paused torrents - what for? and if it fails does nothing afterwards, manually forcing tracker update doesn't work either and so these torrents sit in the error folder an annoy me. The only way to clear the error flag is to resume them and pause again. 1.3.5 linux, but noticed in previous versions too. Maybe paused torrents should be left alone at startup?
