i have a long list of torrents that are waiting to be downloaded, but i don't want to allow more than 3 downloads at once. on the other hand, i would like to keep seeding each torrent until it reaches a ratio of 1.6
wouldn't it be a good idea to split max-active-torrents into max-downloading and max-seeding?
such a feature is present in all the major torrent clients, i think.
i must be repeating myself here, but a manual recheck option is really really important: when I run into a problem that forces me to delete .config/deluge, i would like to be able to tell deluge: "#65 and #93 are already done, start seeding", without having to remove my torrent limit. thus, upon checking, they would automatically move to a "seeding" tab.
is something like that already in the works?
