Translations update for 0.5.3

Ok...Yes, I said we would try to not have any string changes after RC1, but we really had no choice here. I realized that none of our plugins were being included in our template file, so I added them, and now the plugins need to be translated by you wonderful, amazing translators out there If you have some time, please help us make this release great! Thanks!

EDIT: btw, although I've uploaded the template file on launchpad, but it still hasn't gone live as of now. So if you don't see the plugin strings in the template, just try again an hour later or so.
