Feature Request - List of Torrent Priorities

Maybe there should be a list option to give a priority to the torrent as a whole but it should range from 1-5 or 1-10.
And if torrent that has priority 10 has a download speed 5KB/s and torrent that has priority 9 should take the rest
of the speed if it can,but if a torrent with priority 10 can pull max speed then all priority levels except maybe 9 and 8(but 8 far less than 9) should not get
any speed. (PL = Priority Level)
But if a torrent with PL10 has a 20KB/s and torrent with PL7 should pull the rest of the speed,unless there is a torrent with higher PL,and should let the
speed of PL10 torrent increase its speed on its account,unless there is a torrent with a PL.
Ok maybe i have explained what kind of system should be there,but i say maybe and so maybe i haven't.

I think it would be a great Idea.....
Make sure a 0 (zero) means "Do Not Download"

I like the idea of per torrent prioritizing, I think you might be way over complicating it though... maybe a plugin would be a good idea.

Yea probably a plugin would be enough.
