it happened it 0.5. Removing ~/.config/deluge did not solve the problem. Removed deluge-torrent and installed the 5.2 .deb package - same error.
were you trying to run deluge as root?
yes, as root!

but, now I try use a user, and I get the same error,

I am using libboost-1.34.0, can be the problem?

I try deluge-0.5.2 I get the same error again.
