Stop seed at ratio not working

I ve just had something that shows how it works when I ve no issue ... so with another torrent, that is downloaded and was in seed since long weeks but without leechers, 2 hours ago I ve seen an upload at 50 K/s (because I ve set all torrents to this limit) so I was happy because its ratio was at zero, so then I set it to "Unlimited" and I activated the "Stop seed at ratio" at 0.6, and one hour ago the upload stopped as the ratio reached 0.6 ... then I elevated the limit to 0.7 and then immediately the download restarted, until the ratio reaches 0.7 ... so generally this is how that works
