Share Ratio does not trigger Auto Remove of torrents after download is complete

When you change the setting, then it will take effect for new added items, not old. If you afterwards add new torrent, then i'm pretty sure it will work for you, I just tested it, though latest deluge 2.0.5, but I have previously tested this working in v2.0.3 regardless.
