Assistance with diagnosing slowness compared to uTorrent over PIA VPN

I'd think that the problem is with a plugin, but since you say that you already installed it and nothing changed - that's weird. I mean, I'm not an IT specialist to tell you about a certain problem, but that's just my opinion. Even though I'd want to have a job in this sphere, I'm too unskilled for this.

I know this is old by now, but a word on PIA. I was a customer for many years, but dropped them when they broke their DNS without telling anyone. After many contacts, I finally got them to tell me it was fucked, and to use cloudflare. This issue may have coincided with that PIA shitfest.

Things are by no means perfect, but does seem to have improved a little since originally posting.
