deluge 2.0.4 (windows) is permanently writing to torrents.fastresume.tmp

Hi,
I noticed using Resmon that deluged.exe is permanently R/W accessing \Appdata\Roaming\deluge\state\torrents.fastresume.tmp, around half a megabyte per second, give or take (200 to 1000kb observed). At the moment I have two active torrents, 40 seeding without activity. I think this adds some wear and tear to my SSD on the long run. This could be a bug?
