All torrents are marked "Error"

Hello, I am completely new to this whole torrent/seeding thing, and just when I think I've got deluge all figured out I run into another problem.

The first issue was after I had more than 6-8 Torrents on there, any new one's seemed to be held in a queue but deluge would never set them to download, I solved this by right click, options, auto-manage, off but i have to do that manually for every torrent I download from now on as I haven't found a way to permanently set this option.

The second and most important thing is, I have recently had to re-download Deluge as I had a bad HDD in my system (It held all of the torrents I had) since then I have done a complete fresh OS install. Now deluge has all of the Torrent files under the .Deluge file type, and I still have all of the downloaded torrents but not all of them have finished the required amount of seeding. I want to find a way to get Deluge to recognize that I have all the files still, but from what I can find the only way to do that is to re-download every single one which would completely mess up my ratio's on TD. is there a way to get deluge to recognize the already downloaded files and refresh as they all show under the 'Error' section in the 'states' tab.

In simpler terms, I have moved the folder and deluge thinks I don't have the files installed/can't find them. how do i make it find them again so I don't have to re-downloads them all.

I hope this makes sense, please forgive the lack of knowledge too,
Thanks :)

OS: Windows 10
Website: Torrent Day
Client: Deluge 1.3.15

Either put the directory back, or copy the data into the data dir before adding the torrents (or force-rechecking).

Oh, and adjust your queue size if you want to have more active at once.

Update

This issue has been fixed. As I still had all the .deluge files, ill do a step by step incase anyone has this issue later on.

1. Go to Preferences - Downloads - Options - Tick 'Add torrents in Paused state'
2. Copy all .Deluge files
3. locate %appdata% - Raoming - Deluge - State
4. Paste all .Deluge files here
5. Restart deluge
6. In Deluge CTRL A all files shown, right click - move storage - Select 'Completed' File (where all the data already is)
7. CTRL A all files again, Right click - Force Re-Check
8. CTRL A all files, Right Click - Resume

Once all the checking is done and the files resumed, like they did for me, they should all return to the 'seeding' state from then on.

You can skip most of that by just putting the data in the data dir before adding the .torrents, or forcing a recheck after restoring the data.
