Cannot connect to WebUI from remote client

I have Deluge set up on a computer running Ubuntu 20.04 and I am trying to connect from another computer in my house, but I can't connect. Allow Remote Connections is enabled in the config and I can connect to the webui if I use localhost:8112 on the computer itself but I can't use any other devices, they all just time out trying. I checked netstat -npl and I see that deluge is listening on 0.0.0.0:8112.
