Is it possible to access the torrent handle through the RPC API?

Hi.

I need to set the priority of some specific pieces of a torrent through the RPC API. I know about the pieces plugin, but it seems to be not working with the current version (2.0.3) of Deluge. so I was wondering if there is a way to access the libtrrent torrent handle through the API which could solve my problem.
