Hello !
I've got an ubuntu 20.04 VM with Deluge on a side and a Windows 10 VM with Plex on an other side.
I've shared my 2 disks on Windows with a special user, on Deluge, I've setup the disk in /etc/fstab. The disks are mounted without problems but now, Deluge won't download any torrent incoming from thoses disks... Sometime, Deluge loose connection with thoses disks.
I've got an red 'Error' in the bottom left corner...
Does anyone knows what is missing ? :/
Unable to download on mounted/shared disk
Re: Unable to download on mounted/shared disk
Hi,
Permission of the Deluge user on the disk?
try to open an SSH session with Deluge running account and create a folder on the disk

Re: Unable to download on mounted/shared disk
Hey !
Yes I can create a folder or a file, no problem on it.
But when he comes to download, nothing move and an Error occur in few seconds when trying to download... The download wake up, go to green then after 1 or 2 seconds, set to Error. --> operation non supported...
Don't really know what's going wrong

Re: Unable to download on mounted/shared disk
Just to confirm:
you can create a folder/file with the Deluge's daemon user right?
The meaning here is really to have this specific user writing test.
What if you choose another location than this disk?

Re: Unable to download on mounted/shared disk
Yeah I can create or delete a folder on the shared drive with the deluge's daemon user!
The thing that is weird is that... I've switch to a docker deluge docker and now the owner of the torrent is 'localclient'...
I don't know how to change that...
